TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ACCEPTANCE
By using Jason Davis Electric, Inc. services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable California laws.
2. SERVICES
We provide residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services including breaker repairs, wiring upgrades, ceiling fans, appliances, lighting, generators, meter panels, three-phase power, and safety inspections. All work by Union-Trained electricians with 25+ years experience. Licensed, bonded, insured.
3. ESTIMATES & PAYMENT
Free estimates for all services
Transparent pricing — no hidden fees
Payment: Cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
Small projects: Full payment upon completion
Large projects: Payment schedule agreed in advance
Late payments: 1.5% monthly fee
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide safe access to work areas
Ensure electrical power available at property
Provide accurate electrical system information
Keep work areas clear
5. WARRANTIES
Workmanship: 1-year warranty on our electrical work
Materials: Manufacturer warranty (1-10 years varies)
Exclusions: Client misuse, power surges, normal wear, other contractors’ work
6. SAFETY & CODE
All work meets California Electrical Code (Title 24)
We obtain permits and arrange inspections
Clients must not modify our work without licensed electrician
We notify immediately of unsafe conditions discovered
7. CANCELLATION
Client: Cancel before work with no penalty. After work starts, charged for materials + labor
Company: May cancel for non-payment, no access, or safety concerns
Refunds: Processed within 30 days for unearned deposits
8. LIABILITY
Fully licensed, bonded, insured
Liability limited to total amount paid for service
We repair/replace property damaged during work at no cost
9. DISPUTES
Negotiation → Mediation → Stanislaus County, California courts
10. SERVICE AREA
Oakdale, Modesto, Stockton, Patterson, Tracy, Merced, Sonora (Central Valley California)
